There are several ways to reach the best-known ski area in the world:
- By plane – the nearest airports are Geneva, Chambéry, Lyon and Grenoble. Shuttles run to all the resorts on a schedule, but we recommend checking the timetable before you travel.
- By train – the closest station is Moûtiers. You can reach it by train from cities such as Paris, Brest, Versailles, Rennes and many others. From the station you can get to your hotel by bus or by booking a transfer to Courchevel.
- By car – if you are travelling in your own car or have decided to rent one, we recommend studying the route in detail beforehand and buying a road atlas.
