Children's ski schools in Courchevel
Several ski schools operate in the resort, and you can enrol in them at the tourist office:
- ESF Courchevel 1550 – gives lessons throughout the “Val Thorens” area, for both children and adults. There is also a nursery for little ones aged 1.5 to 3.
- ESF Courchevel 1650 – one of the first schools where lessons are also given in Russian. Skiing is available from 2.5 years old and snowboarding from 8. There is a nursery for ages 6 months to 6 years.
- ESF Courchevel 1850 – lessons start at 3 years old. With a medical certificate, children from 1.5 years old are accepted in the play rooms and canteens.
- Magic in Motion – the school combines ski lessons with English classes. Children are accepted from 4 years old.
If you get carried away skiing and stay out late, you can order a car with driver to take you and your children back to your hotel. If needed, we will provide a car with one or several child seats suited to your child's weight and age.
